10 years in CGC

I have been 10 years in CGC, and around 13 years in IT industry. I love IT very much especially technical site. The knowledge is very wide and keep changing every day.

Me and few others received this award on our anniversary in CGC 18 Dec 2012 (tgk dah berlapuk entry nie...). We were given a token of appreciation at RM500 each for the award. jadila dari xder kan. Those in 20 yrs were given RM1000 and 30 yrs another RM500. Rezeki masing2. Anugerah diberikan oleh MD kami yg kacak Datuk Wan Azhar Wan Ahmad.
He got is own aura bila chair any meeting. Dunnola kalau me sorang jek yg rasa.... spesies jenis suka buat kerja belakang tabir so bila kene ngadap kelas atasn nie kecut perutla.

Where I have spent it? Well the previous colleagues pun dah dpt. Some invest in Sijil Simpanan premium, beli item worth for it like gold or etc. As for me, after thinking so much, end up I decided to invest in Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) which was reopen to all bumis end of last year kut. Ok ler tueeeee....

Gift...

Selalu attend seminar or ceremony mmg normal dpt gift nak2 from big company like HP.
Tapi this time around blum pi or event confirm attend pun dah dpt gift.
Wow.... ini sudah baik..but I was not sure what is it until emma explain good brand and wangi.....
So wangi...tq HP anyway not sure to attend or not since my bos and AM pun dpt.

OK yg nie pun gift,,,,
gift from god... budak nakal.... tgk rantai..asal2 nyer sempua....dah x reti nak guna. Sudahnya masing2 ganas abis putus n ayahnya pun kutip buat rantai..

My AM tender

Waaaa this week is a surprise week for IT Technical team.
The only AM and the most senior person in IT team tender her resignation and she is my superior. All the while asyik ugut n canang kata nak resign sampai x heran bila dengo rumours and this time is the real one.
She is very fierce and cerewet one and yet she is the one will backup us. She teach us a lots in terms of career interm of personal...masing2 ada kelemahan n kelebihan. She polish me from doing backup operator go to network admin then go to unix admin then both network and unix admin and now caca marba...tangkap muat....... Dunno whether because of her challenge, support or me myself want to improve I am here as I am now (perasan).
What to do? Life goes on....one by one tehcn team left aku gak yg x laku.......
dok jekla kat sini berkhidmat utk agama, bangsa and negara......
Kalau ada rezeki mana tau.....
Bos said will find replacement for us, whatever I will sokong sapa2 yg berniat ikhlas menjadi my superior.

Team power towards a high performance culture

I was sent to this training by the company on 1st and 2nd Dec at Alson Klana Resort Seremban. 1st batch was for mgmt level and they said mmg best and this 2nd batch is actually for the Asst Manager and Branch Ass Manager post tapi sbb my AM x pi..tangkap muat jekla kan....
Apa bleh buat dah namanya kuli..I take at +ve site nak ilmu and experience la...
dah lama x pi external course. Tapi mmg x rugi...interesting...the instructor pun best. Kene buat small presentation....ada exercise sket..... and the last part was much2 more interesting whereby all the participants need to break the board ala2 taekwando laaaa.

I managed to break it only after 2nd trial ok la kan.... 1st stage x lepas sbb x concentrate, x aim 3 kali and x jerit utk kumpulkan the energy. But overall okla..atlast semua org berjaya patahkan board masing2 bawak blk kasi tunjuk kat spouse kata instructor, kasi takut sama tok laki..ekekekeke

We are counting the day,,the time ......the minutes....
mana bonus????? Nak celebrate CNY dekat kelantan maaaaa pulus....pulus....
Nampak P&C people is busy in and out the P&C room..nearby IT dept...emmm biter baik nie.....
I smell some notes...I saw a sign $$$$$$$ :-)

BTW dpt sket ker byk still rezeki....allocate utk Road Tax and insurans.......Duit oh duit..
mcm air kalau dibelanjakan....
